Crow River Speech Services, LLC is a private-pay-only practice and does not bill insurance at this time.  Payment is due at the time of service and can conveniently be paid online through the secure client portal with any of the accepted forms of payment - credit card, debit card, or HSA/FSA card.

 

Upon your request, I’m happy to provide you with a Superbill, which is a detailed, itemized receipt of the services provided.  You then submit the Superbill to your insurance in an attempt for out-of-network benefits reimbursement.  Such reimbursement depends on your specific policy coverage, so please check with your insurance company first to see if this is something you are eligible for.
